A CLI that audits your agent instruction files locally. It makes no network requests at all, so nothing you scan leaves your machine. It is not published yet — today it runs from a repository checkout, and installers land once the release flow is chosen.

What it does today

discover finds agent instruction and SKILL.md files and reports their metadata — never their contents. audit scores one file with the same engine as the web auditor, and prints a conservative optimization without writing to the file. There is no transcript scanning, no automatic fixing, and no dashboard sync — the CLI contains no network code.

Prefer zero install? The browser audit runs entirely client-side.
