Eleven files, each one traceable back here

An approved rider compiles to eleven artifacts: one document for people, four instruction files for the hosts that read them, two structured policy files, a tool-contract reference, a context manifest, your golden tasks, and a decision log. Every file carries the schema and compiler versions, the moment you approved it, and a hash over the instruction files you imported — so a copy someone finds later can be matched back to what it was built from rather than guessed at.
